Very soft tulle with good structure for building fullness. Holes are very small, fabric is very light, unlike netting. Very subtle shimmer/ glimmer effect throughout. Diamond white has just a hint of ivory color- very faint. You would almost believe it is white until placed next to white. SEE THE PHOTOS- I have laid it next to white for comparison. Much lighter than ivory. There are 4 shade options: white, diamond white, light ivory, and ivory.
