Shipping and Refunds

Shipping

  • We ship within the United States only. 
  • Flat rate shipping is $6 for orders under $100. All orders over $100 ship free
  • Most orders ship out the next business day unless there is an issue or question about the order.
  • Local in-store pick-up is also available
  • All shipped orders will have tracking info
  • Once orders ship the delivery is dependent on USPS or UPS. If your tracking states that it was delivered but you are unable to locate it please contact USPS or UPS immediately. https://www.usps.com/help/missing-mail.htm

Returns

  • NO returns on fabric
    • Please request a swatch first if needed for accuracy before ordering.
    • In store:  Fabrics, trims, special orders, and anything cut to size can NOT be returned or exchanged.
  • For non-fabric items returns are accepted within 7 days of tracking delivered date.
    • Initial shipping cost is non-refundable.
    • Items must be returned with USPS or UPS tracking info and in the original packaging (UNOPENED), at the expense of return sender.
